Sugar Land Health Care Center offers both short and long-term care for individuals suffering from heart disease, COPD, Diabetes, and a variety of other diagnoses. Our experienced nurses monitor our residents’ health status, administer medication, and ensure physician orders for other treatments are followed. They also coordinate the services and care of other health care providers such as specialists. We also have a wound care nurse that is always on-site, as well as a wound care doctor. Our knowledge and years of experience enable us to provide quality and cost-effective services in a professional manner.

  • Making a comprehensive initial evaluation
  • Reevaluating their needs as their condition changes or improves
  • Planning preventative and rehabilitative care
  • Services include: pharmacy, laboratory, pain management, wound management, IV therapy, trach/respiratory care, dental and podiatry
  • Communicating and coordinating any changes in condition with physicians and other caregivers
