Olajumoke “Ola” Dada, RN, BSN, serves as the Director of Nursing at Sugar Land Health Care Center. She is an experienced clinical leader with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and supporting the health, dignity, and well-being of every resident.

Ola is skilled in leading high-performing nursing teams, overseeing clinical operations, and guiding staff through comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, and ongoing evaluation. She works closely with residents, families, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to promote coordinated care and positive clinical outcomes.

Dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement, Ola helps ensure that nursing practices remain aligned with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. She also places a strong emphasis on staff development, mentorship, and retention, believing that a confident and supported nursing team is essential to providing exceptional resident care.
